Responsibilities
- Maintain, enhance, and optimize automation scripts that improve business processes.
- Develop automation solutions using APIs, SQL, and Selenium to integrate data from multiple databases into dashboards and reporting systems.
- Leverage AI-powered automation tools and technologies to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
- Automate dashboard refreshes, data pipelines, and recurring business processes using multiple data sources.
- Test, troubleshoot, and maintain automation solutions to ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance.
- Collaborate with business teams to design and implement scalable automation solutions.
- Document technical solutions and adhere to software development best practices.
Required Skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Proficiency in Python and/or Java.
- Experience developing and integrating APIs.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, AI-assisted development tools, and intelligent automation.
- Experience with MySQL is a plus.
- Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
