Adventure Loom is looking for a motivated Entry Level Project Manager to join our team at our Syracuse office! No prior experience required — we provide full, hands-on training.

As a Events and Retail Partner, we manage in-store and outdoor pop-up sales campaigns for one of the country's leading telecom brands. This role is designed for someone who wants to fast-track into leadership — you'll start by learning the fundamentals of our campaigns firsthand, then grow into managing teams, projects, and client relationships.

What You'll Do:

- Learn our sales and campaign operations from the ground up
- Support the coordination of daily event and retail campaign logistics
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members as you advance
- Work directly with leadership to develop project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Take on increasing ownership of campaign execution as you progress

What We Offer:

- Weekly pay: $1000–$1,400
- Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
