We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who will help us bring excellent service to our customers by supporting them as they use our software to grow their businesses.
Location
Lancaster PA
Core Responsibilities:
- Handle technical inbound support calls and tickets
- Manage inbound support emails
- Manage support tickets in timely manner
- Maintain and grow client relationships by providing support, training, information & guidance
- Troubleshoot highly technical client facing issues and determine the best path to resolve
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing results
We are looking for someone who is:

Specific Qualifications:
- Have a strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Ability to self-teach, research and test to determine the best resolution of support tickets
- Aptitude for technology, including strong Windows knowledge and PC hardware basics
- Software technical experience
- Basic to intermediate networking knowledge
- Call center, customer service/business process experience
Bonus Qualifications:
- Financial experience
- Experience in Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps and/or SQL a plus
