They are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their team. Responsibilities

\n

    \n
  • Support the Project Manager with the day-to-day management of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
  • \n

  • Assist with subcontractor coordination, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • \n

  • Review plans, specifications, and contract documents to identify potential issues and ensure project requirements are being met.
  • \n

  • Track project schedules, budgets, and milestones while helping maintain accountability across the project team.
  • \n

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and the field team to resolve issues and keep projects moving efficiently.
  • \n

  • Participate in project meetings, prepare meeting documentation, and follow up on outstanding action items.
  • \n

  • Assist with quality control, inspections, closeout activities, and maintaining organized project records.
  • \n

Qualifications

\n

    \n
  • 2+ years of commercial construction experience, preferably with a general contractor.
  • \n

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • \n

  • Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, project sequencing, and subcontractor coordination.
  • \n

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
  • \n

  • Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, schedules, and project documentation.
  • \n

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • \n

  • Proficiency with construction technology, scheduling, and project management software.
  • \n

  • Ability to work collaboratively with both field and office teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • \n
