Qualifications
- 6+ years of Project Management experience
- In-depth knowledge of sales order, master data, and supply chain processes
- Proven proficiency in SAP SD, MM, and CX tools
- Demonstrated experience in process standardization and business transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams (Business, CX, ISC, and IT) to deliver S4 HANA ERP implementation for discrete and continuous manufacturing, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedule commitments
- Execute disciplined MOS with operational stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met and that processes comply with legal, financial, and regulatory standards
- Redesign end-to-end order management to delivery processes to standardize workflows, increase automation, and close operational gaps
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define future-state "To-Be" processes and align business requirements with standard S4 Hana functionalities.
- Coordinate SAP configuration efforts, including Sales and Distribution (SD) and Material Management (MM), and integrations with CX and ISC tools
