Salary Range: $75,000 $85,000 / year (Based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Project Launch Coordinator to oversee and coordinate new product launches, process improvements, and production rollouts. In this role, you will act as the central liaison between cross-functional teamsincluding operations, engineering, quality assurance, supply chain, and client representativesto ensure seamless execution from concept to full production for a leading beverage manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Lead day-to-day coordination of new product launches and line conversions, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

• Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate clear alignment between engineering, plant operations, procurement, and quality control teams.

• Timeline & Risk Management: Establish launch timelines, track critical milestones, identify potential production bottlenecks, and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.

• Trial & Production Execution: Oversee pilot runs, trial production batches, and commercial hand-offs to ensure product specifications and quality standards are met.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project plans, launch checklists, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regular status updates for management and key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Industry Experience: Minimum 24 years of project coordination, launch, or engineering experience strictly within the Food & Beverage or Liquid Packaging industry (Required).

• Education: Associate or Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on industry experience).

• Skills & Abilities:

  • Demonstrated understanding of bottling, canning, beverage processing, or automated high-speed packaging equipment.

  • Strong project management capabilities, including proficiency with MS Project, Excel, or related workflow tools.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
