We are seeking an IT & Physical Security Associate Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of integrated safety and security projects.

\n

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Access Control, Video Surveillance, CCTV, Video Management Systems (VMS), or integrated security technologies who is ready to take the next step into a Project Management career.

RESPONSIBILITIES

\n

\n
• Support integrated security projects from planning through installation, deployment, and completion.

\n

• Coordinate project schedules, technicians, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders.

\n

• Assist with the deployment of Access Control, CCTV/Video Surveillance, and VMS platforms.

\n

• Track project milestones, budgets, documentation, deliverables, and deadlines.

\n

• Partner with field technicians and internal teams to keep projects on schedule.

\n

• Identify and help resolve project risks, technical challenges, and installation issues.

\n

• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide timely project updates.

\n

• Follow up with vendors, technicians, customers, and internal stakeholders to obtain critical information.

\n

• Help ensure projects meet customer requirements, quality standards, and established timelines.

\n

REQUIRED

\n

\n
• 3 years of experience supporting or coordinating Physical Security, Low-Voltage, IT, or Integrated IT Security projects.

\n

• Hands-on knowledge of Access Control, CCTV/Video Surveillance, and Video Management Systems (VMS).

\n

• Understanding of IT networks, IoT technologies, and security systems integration.

\n

• Strong organizational, project coordination, written, and verbal communication skills.

\n

• Ability to create, organize, and maintain clear and accurate project documentation.

\n

• Comfortable working with field technicians, vendors, customers, and cross-functional teams.

\n

• Strong follow-up skills and the ability to keep multiple priorities moving forward.

\n

• Excellent critical-thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
