POSITION SUMMARY
 
Manage all personnel in the Information Services, Telecommunications, and Communication departments.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
<ul>
<li>Monitors all functions of information services</li>
<li>Monitors all equipment usage</li>
<li>Maintains and keeps current on all new equipment</li>
<li>Contact with external user departments and outside vendors</li>
<li>Comply with all budget requirements</li>
<li>Manages multiple projects effectively</li>
<li>Performs other job-related duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
 
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
 
<ul>
<li>Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets</li>
<li>Ability to organize and prioritize</li>
<li>Self-starter with extensive oral and written communication abilities/skills</li>
<li>Attentive to details</li>
<li>Minimum of 6 years management with further experience as system analyst and/or programming</li>
<li>Previous hospital experience desirable</li>
</ul>
 
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
 
<ul>
<li>College degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent management experience within Information Services</li>
</ul>
