We are looking for a Reconstruction Lead who can take charge in the field and help with growth and development.
This is a hands-on position. You’ll be working in the field daily, leading jobs, supporting crews, and making sure work is done efficiently and at a high level of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead reconstruction work on residential & light commercial projects
- Set the pace and standard on job sites
- Work alongside and guide other technicians when needed
- Ensure work is completed correctly, efficiently, and safely
- Communicate with the team and leadership on job progress
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
- Identify issues early and help solve problems in the field
- Mitigation and complete rebuild work
What We’re Looking For
- Strong construction or reconstruction experience
- Leadership mindset (lead by example, not just words)
- High attention to detail and quality
- Reliable, accountable, and takes ownership of their work
- Ability to stay organized and keep jobs moving
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Restoration experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in mitigation
