The Opportunity

- Provide executive oversight across multiple large-scale projects
- Lead, mentor & develop Project Managers and operations teams
- Maintain senior-level client relationships and support repeat business
- Partner with preconstruction and specialty-trade teams
- Oversee project financials, scheduling, risk & execution
- Help drive regional growth, staffing & long-term business strategy

What They're Looking For

- 10+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience
- Senior Project Manager, Project Executive or similar leadership background
- Proven experience overseeing large, complex projects and teams
- Strong client relationships and operational leadership skills
- Industrial, manufacturing or technically complex construction experience preferred
