We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to support the design, development, and delivery of enterprise reporting and analytics for a large-scale ERP implementation. The developer will work closely with functional and technical teams to translate business and reporting requirements into intuitive, accurate, and high-performing Power BI solutions using data sourced from Snowflake.

Required Skills & Experience
\n

- 2+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience, including:
- Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
- Data modeling and development of semantic models
- DAX measures and calculations
- Power Query / M for data preparation and transformation
- Report and dashboard development, including drill-downs, filters, and interactive visualizations
- Row-level security and role-based reporting
- Performance tuning and optimization of datasets, models, and reports
- Publishing, workspaces, deployment, refresh scheduling, and lifecycle management
- 2+ years of experience with Snowflake, including SQL development, querying, views, and working with enterprise data models.
- Familiarity with ERP business processes and data within one or more of the following areas:
- Finance / Accounting
- Procurement / Supply Chain
- Human Resources / Payroll
- Experience translating business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions.
- Strong data validation and reconciliation skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple reports, requirements, and priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with business analysts, functional SMEs, data engineers, and project stakeholders.
- Demonstrated innovation and problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify better ways to present, analyze, and use enterprise data.

- Experience developing paginated reports using Power BI (formerly SSRS Report Builder).
- Experience supporting an ERP implementation, modernization, or legacy reporting migration.
- Experience developing reports against complex financial or operational data.
- Understanding of reporting governance, testing, documentation, and production deployment practices.
