Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects through completion.
In this role, you will be responsible for: generating leads, promptly running storm damage inspections, identifying damages, generating a scope of work, and meeting with Insurance agents. Your expertise will drive project success by maintaining clear communication, managing risks, and delivering high-quality results efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader that is passionate about construction management and infrastructure development.
Duties include:
- The ability to develop comprehensive project plans including scope and schedule inspections
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution as well as come to an agreed price for total scope of work
- Monitor construction schedules closely ie; adjusting plans proactively to meet deadlines while managing potential delays or issues
- Must be able to climb a ladder multiple times a day to provide storm damage inspections for residential and commercial properties
- Advanced communication/people skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects simultaneously
- Provide one's own transportation to the field every day for inspections on site
