Radon Test Technician
Start at $28.00/hour Raise to $30.00/Hour when able to perform radon testing solo. (Minimum of 35 hours per week.)
Experience variety in work skills and work setting. This company performs radon testing, sewer line inspections and Level II Chimney inspections as part of the home inspection process for a real estate transaction.
The position involves performing radon testing in homes, generally as a part of a real estate transaction. This involves setting up and picking up test devices according to the State of Minnesota requirements. Custom software simplifies this process. This role also requires formal training and licensure with the Minnesota Department of Health. Company will pay for class, test and state license fee. Training and testing hours provided by employee. (Not required if you have an active State Radon Measurement Provider license.) Additional hands-on training provided by the company.
Opportunity for cross training for other positions with pay increase.
Necessary equipment and vehicle will be provided.
Must pass background check and have a good driving record
