As a small, fast-paced company, we value teamwork, reliability, and a strong work ethic. We’re looking for a hands-on Tower Tech Foreman to help lead our field operations and grow with us.
Position Summary
The Tower Tech Foreman will lead a small crew in the construction, maintenance, and modification of telecommunications towers and related infrastructure. This role requires an experienced and safety-minded leader who can work efficiently in the field, ensure quality control, and communicate effectively with project managers and clients.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily tower crew operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to spec.

Perform and oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of antennas, lines, and other wireless equipment on towers, rooftops, and related structures.

Conduct pre-job planning, site assessments, and safety briefings.

Ensure compliance with OSHA, RF safety, and company safety protocols.

Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and crew activities.

Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.

Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.

Operate and maintain company vehicles, tools, and safety equipment.
Qualifications
Required:

3–5 years of tower climbing and wireless industry experience.

Proven experience in a leadership or foreman role.

Strong understanding of tower safety procedures and fall protection systems.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and RF data.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Ability to travel regionally and work at heights of 200 feet or more.
Preferred:
-
OSHA 10/30 certification.

Competent Climber/Rescue certification.

First Aid/CPR certification.
-
Experience with carriers such as Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile.

Familiarity with fiber installation and testing.
