Position Summary:
The project administrator manages the crucial paperwork and communication that keeps a project organized and compliant, supporting project managers by handling contracts, permits, budgets, schedules, documentation (RFI’s and submittals and supporting the team to ensure smooth project execution.
Essential Functions:
• Project Administrator will assist multiple project teams with project documentation and change management.
• Assist project teams with issuing contracts, purchase orders and change orders.
• Logging and updating project drawings, specifications and sketches.
• Track and distribute RFI responses as potential change orders.
• Request pricing from subcontractors and suppliers for change management.
• Assist with submittal process.
• Punch list distribution and tracking.
• Collect job specific safety documentation.
• Assist teams with project close-out process and owner manual.
• Attend weekly project team meetings.

Education and Experience:
• Previous administrative experience
• Construction experience required
