Position Summary:

This position provides support to the Land Development and Project Management departments with agency coordination, permitting and processing of consultant plans, and general administrative duties. The Project Management Coordinator will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve divisional goals efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Project Managers in coordinating and obtaining agency approvals for engineering, landscape, architecture, and other project plans.
  • Coordinate plan submittals, track plan checks, and facilitate communication between agencies and consultants.
  • Maintain project schedules and reports assisting with tracking deliverables and action items.
  • Prepare and process contracts, purchase orders, check requests, and invoices, ensuring accurate coding and budget alignment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Finance, Marketing, and Operations to support project execution.
  • Manage department and project files (electronic and physical) and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Aid in crafting Homeowners Association (HOA) organizational documents, encompassing budget assistance, utility account setups, company HOA meeting attendance, and coordinating the HOA handover to homeowners.
  • Coordinate consultant scopes of work and assist in fee calculations for plan checks and inspections.
  • Schedule and document meetings, prepare transmittals, and maintain various project tracking tools.

Key Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience within the land development, or construction industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of civil improvement plans and reports is required.
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external business partners.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with a strong focus on Excel.

Base Salary:

The expected base salary for this position is between $75,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base salary is paid bi-weekly.

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary position. Requires the ability to hear, type and talk. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard. The primary work location is a corporate office with low to moderate noise levels. Appropriate business apparel and professional appearance is expected.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not supervise other employees.

Travel Requirements:
