Position Summary: The IT Applications Analyst will be part of the Automation Engineering team, focusing on supporting users of Tungsten Automation (formerly Kofax RPA) and assisting engineers with problem resolution. This role involves solving complex problems with general supervision, developing advanced skills, and working independently. The incumbent will apply fundamental concepts and procedures to work that is fairly complex and varied.
