Are you organized, resourceful, and thrive in fast-paced environments? We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing MEP team in Tampa. You'll play a key role in coordinating commercial HVAC and mechanical installation projects—large and small—from kickoff through completion.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate project schedules with sales, field engineers, and customers

• Generate purchase orders and support the ordering of parts and equipment

• Align material and equipment deliveries with our logistics team and vendors

• Coordinate labor and manpower needs across departments

• Track monthly job costs, schedules, and performance for all active projects

• Review and report on revenue and cost data by project

• Help develop and improve internal processes and workflows

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Problem-solving mindset with a drive to get things done

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying team-focused
