I'm working with a leading Building Automation and Controls company in South Florida who are looking to add an experienced Senior BAS Project Manager to their team in Davie.
\n
\n
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in BAS/BMS project management who wants to take ownership of larger commercial and complex building automation projects.
\n
\n
What you'll be doing:
\n
- \n
- Manage BAS projects from design and engineering through installation, programming, commissioning and closeout
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, resources and subcontractors
- Work closely with customers, engineers, contractors and internal technical teams
- Review project designs, drawings, sequences of operation and technical documentation
- Coordinate BAS controls installation, programming and commissioning activities
- Identify and manage project risks, changes and commercial issues
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to customers and management
- Support junior project managers and engineers where required

What we're looking for:
\n
- \n
- 10+ years' experience within Building Automation / BAS / BMS
- Strong project management experience across commercial building controls projects
- Good understanding of HVAC controls, sequences of operation and BAS architecture
- Experience managing budgets, schedules and subcontractors
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Experience with platforms such as Niagara, Distech, Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell or similar is highly beneficial
- Engineering, controls or HVAC background preferred
