Must Have

• Design and develop custom Microsoft Teams apps, tabs, and bots, along with SharePoint Framework (SPFx)

\n

• web parts using TypeScript and React.

\n

• Design and develop unified data integrations using the Microsoft Graph API to connect Microsoft 365 services

\n

• with external systems.

\n

• Develop serverless components using Azure Functions, App Services, Logic Apps, and API Management (APIM).

\n

• Independently set up and maintain automated deployment pipelines using GitLab (preferred).

\n

• Build and configure SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and pages to support business and operational needs.

\n

• Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline document management,

\n

• approvals, notifications, and other internal business processes.

\n

• Create low-code Power Apps that integrate with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services to support business

\n

• operations.

\n

• Develop extensions for Power Platform deployments, including custom connectors for Power Apps and Power

\n

• Automate.

\n

• Assess, enhance, troubleshoot, and support complex applications deployed in Azure and Power Platform

\n

• environments.

\n

• Design and develop advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) bots and AI-powered agentic solutions,

\n

• leveraging Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry to build intelligent, context-aware Microsoft 365 applications.

\n

• Integrate AI-driven capabilities (RAG pipelines, conversational agents, and Copilot extensibility) with Microsoft

\n

• 365 services, SharePoint data sources, and Power Platform solutions.

\n

• Develop architecture artifacts, technical solutions, and detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for platform

\n

• enablement activities in collaboration with the Technical Platform Owner.

\n

\n

\n

Experience Requirements

\n

\n
• Extensive professional software development experience within the Microsoft stack, including 5+ years in a Senior Software Engineer or Architect capacity within the Microsoft ecosystem.

\n

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SPFx, React, Node.js, TypeScript, and the Microsoft Graph API.

\n

• 5+ years of hands-on expertise with Azure PaaS services (Functions, App Services, and APIM) and cloud

\n

• security patterns, with strong capability in writing YAML pipelines for Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and application

\n

• deployment automation.

\n

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI agentic development and/or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

\n

• technologies (e.g., CodeAssist, Copilot, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search).

\n

\n

\n

Nice to Have

\n

\n
• Experience creating and managing CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

\n

• using Azure DevOps.

\n

• Contribute as a squad member to design and implement products throughout the product development life cycle (PDLC), including coding, testing, and documentation independently.

• Work with the Product Owner and Scrum Master in an Agile environment to improve product delivery velocity.
