We have immediate openings for Custodians/Janitors for governmental buildings in multiple locations in Boulder County. These positions offer the initial benefits of weekly electronic pay, accrued sick leave, and retirement savings but can go internal to offer a wide range of benefits to include, but not limited to: holiday & vacation pay, health/dental/vision insurance, retirement savings, and much more!

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

• Previous cleaning experience in a work setting.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs, standing/walking for 8 hours shift, bending, twisting, overhead reaching, kneeling, stooping, pushing pulling, etc -- normal job requirements for cleaning.
• Strong and detailed work ethic.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.
• Ability to shovel snow in the winter months.

1st Shift:

• 7:00 am - 3:30 pm M-F

Pay: $18.23/hr.

Tenemos vacantes inmediatas para Conserjes/Limpadores en edificios gubernamentales en varias ubicaciones del Condado de Boulder. Funciones/Responsabilidades esenciales:

• Experiencia previa en limpieza en un entorno laboral.
• Capacidad para levantar/cargar hasta 50 libras, estar de pie/caminar durante una jornada de 8 horas, agacharse, torcerse, alcanzar por encima de la cabeza, arrodillarse, agacharse, empujar, jalar, etc. — requisitos normales del trabajo de limpieza.
• Fuerte ética laboral y atención al detalle.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo o de manera independiente.
• Capacidad para quitar nieve durante los meses de invierno.

1er Turno:

• 7:00 am - 3:30 pm de lunes a viernes

Pago: $18.23/hora
