We are building a premium software outsourcing company helping venture-backed startups, scaleups, and enterprise innovation teams build world-class technology Teams, we are located in USA, and Egypt. We are not looking for an employee.

Client is looking for a Co-Founder and true sales leader (Equity Based) at USA Company - someone ready to help build a $10M+ ARR company from scratch and win BIG with us.


The Opportunity

As Co-Founder & Head of Sales, youll be the driving force behind landing million-dollar outsourcing deals and building the foundation for rapid revenue growth.

This is an Equity-Only + Project Incentives role perfect for someone who bets on themselves and wants the upside of ownership rather than a capped salary.

What Youll Do

Sales Leadership

  • Own the complete sales journey from lead generation to closing multi-million-dollar contracts.
  • Sell to Series A+ startups, VC-backed tech companies, and innovation-driven enterprises.
  • Build and deepen relationships with founders, CTOs, CIOs, and VPs of Engineering.
  • Design and negotiate tailored, high-value outsourcing solutions.



Growth Strategy

  • Create and execute a go-to-market blueprint to scale from zero to $10M+ ARR.
  • Identify strategic industries (FinTech, HealthTech, AI, SaaS) and dominate niche markets.
  • Experiment aggressively with account-based marketing (ABM) and outbound tactics.

Partnerships & Brand Building

  • Forge partnerships with VC firms, accelerators, and tech communities to create inbound sales opportunities.
  • Represent the brand at top tech and startup events.
  • Build authority via thought leadership, success stories, and strategic marketing.



Who You Are

  • Proven Closer: 15+ years of winning $1M+ deals in software outsourcing, IT services, or engineering augmentation.
  • Deeply Connected: You have trusted relationships with US tech leaders, founders, VCs, and CTOs.
  • Strategic Operator: Experience running complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial at Core: You want equity, ownership, autonomy not just another job.
  • Tech-Savvy: You can confidently sell technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bonus: Youve worked alongside VCs, innovation labs, or tech-focused PE firms.
