Senior AWS Full Stack Engineer Full-time Hybrid – Knoxville, TN | Columbia, SC | Lafayette, LA | Birmingham, AL Position Overview Seeking a Senior AWS Full Stack Engineer to develop cloud-based enterprise applications across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, DevOps, and AWS. The role requires broad full stack experience along with exposure to Generative AI and LLM-enabled application development. Key Responsibilities

Develop full stack applications running in AWS.
Build frontend applications using React or Angular.
Develop backend services using Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python.
Build REST and GraphQL APIs.
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Support Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.
Integrate GenAI and LLM capabilities.
Develop automated tests and follow TDD practices.
Troubleshoot cloud and application issues.
Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers.

Must-Have Skills

5+ years developing/supporting applications in AWS environments.
Backend experience with Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python.
Frontend experience with React or Angular.
Strong JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
REST APIs.
PostgreSQL or MySQL.
DocumentDB, MongoDB, or comparable NoSQL.
CI/CD pipelines.
Docker and Kubernetes.
Infrastructure as Code.
Automated testing and TDD.
Git and Agile.
Exposure to Generative AI and LLM integration, including OpenAI or Anthropic.
Technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring.

Nice-to-Have Skills

GraphQL.
GenAI assistants, chat interfaces, or summarization applications.
Prompt engineering.
Model tuning concepts.
Responsible AI.
Financial services or regulated enterprise experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
