We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and technically proficient Head of Application Programming to lead our custom healthcare application development team. You will refine and create systems that improve the lives of patients and process claims through Medicare and major insurance companies. As a key member of our IT leadership, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire application lifecycle, from conception and design to deployment and maintenance, ensuring our technology solutions are innovative, scalable, and perfectly aligned with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

· Lead full-stack development teams in US and India.

· Oversee the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of Azure-native and hybrid applications.

· Work with product managers to design and incorporate Figma UI.

· Version and store gold copies of company’s source code for all custom apps

· Meet business goals and target dates for new features

Requirements:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

· Expertise in Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native architecture.

· Hands-on experience with modern development stacks: .NET Core, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular, etc.

· Experience with DevOps tools including Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Terraform, ARM templates.

· Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
