Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure. This role requires deep technical expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, and network security, along with leadership in projects, operational support, and mentoring junior engineers. The ideal candidate will ensure secure, scalable, and highly available network environments.

Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN, wireless, and data center networks

Manage routing, switching, firewalls, load balancers, and VPN solutions

Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements

Ensure network scalability, security, and high availability

Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and escalations

Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on enterprise projects

Document network designs, configurations, and procedures

Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

7+ years of experience as a Network Engineer with senior-level responsibilities

Expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, and load balancing solutions

Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, wireless, and data center networking

Experience with network security policies, segmentation, and compliance standards

Advanced troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
