Overall IT industry Experience: 10 + years with good experience in software development projects using Java, J2EE, .NET, web portals, cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Should have strong hands-on experience driving technology teams as part of the Agile scrum using SAFe

Project Role Description: Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors, the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Must have skills: Agile Project Management using SAFe

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in computer science, Electronics or any related stream

Summary:

As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our team, ensuring collaborative and efficient delivery of high-quality solutions. You will work closely with the product development team to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards. Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and consistent achievement of objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the team.
- Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Ensure the team collaborates efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
- Work with the Product Developer to prioritize the product backlog.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- identify and resolve obstacles hindering the team's progress.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Track KPIs to help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
- Ensure adherence to the Scrum framework and Agile principles.

- Certification in Agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- SAFe certification and Kanban certification.
