Sr. Manager, Network Deployment
- Own end-to-end delivery of our fixed wireless tower-site build, from candidate list to on-air base nodes, hitting site count, timeline, and cost-per-site targets.
- Run the master schedule across the full site lifecycle: leasing, permitting, power, backhaul, install, and commissioning.
- Lead the delivery team plus GC, tower crews, and install subs to milestones and quality standards.
- Partner with RF and network engineering to sequence sites and coordinate base node commissioning and acceptance.
- Manage the program budget, capex forecast, and vendor POs, driving down cost per site as the build scales.
- Own governance and reporting: status, risks, and dashboards on sites started, on-air, and in backlog.
Qualifications
- 7+ years leading telecom, wireless, or WISP deployment programs
- Track record delivering multi-site roll-outs on time and on budget
- Deep knowledge of site acquisition, permitting, power, and backhaul
- Solid fixed wireless or RF fundamentals; ngFWA experience a plus
- Experience selecting, contracting, and managing GCs and tower crews
- Preferred to be based in Dallas, but we may need to expand the search if we come up dry
