What You'll Do\n

• Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand complex operational challenges.

\n

• Design, build, and deploy software solutions that streamline workflows and improve decision-making.

• Create data pipelines that transform unstructured and fragmented information into reliable, actionable data.

• Develop applications that replace manual processes and spreadsheet-driven workflows.

\n

• Build integrations across CRMs, ERPs, internal systems, and modern data platforms.

• Leverage AI and LLM technologies to automate repetitive tasks and enhance business operations.

• Rapidly prototype new solutions and evolve them into production-grade applications.

• Take ownership of projects from initial discovery through successful deployment and adoption.

Required\n

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.

\n

• Strong programming skills in Python.

\n

• Experience with SQL, APIs, data pipelines, and modern software development practices.

\n

• Proven ability to design, build, and deploy production software.

\n

• Ability to work independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

\n

• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience working with LLMs, AI applications, RAG architectures, agent-based systems, or prompt engineering.

• Full-stack development experience.
