Job Title: Solutions Architect, HPC and Cloud

Assignment Type: Direct hire
Pay: $180,000–$260,000 base salary, plus a potential $50,000–$100,000 bonus

Job Description:
We are seeking a Solutions Architect to guide strategic customers through technical challenges involving HPC, cloud, and AI workloads. You will combine hands-on platform knowledge with strong relationship skills, helping customers design effective solutions while working closely with sales, engineering, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise customers on the architecture, deployment, and growth of compute-intensive workloads.
- Help resolve technical issues and improve performance for AI training, inference, and scientific simulations.
- Partner with sales on technical presentations, demonstrations, and opportunities within existing accounts.
- Bring customer needs and feedback to internal product and engineering teams.
- Coordinate stakeholders to resolve obstacles and keep customer initiatives moving.
- Develop reference designs, technical documentation, and practical guidance for customers.
Qualifications:
- Five or more years in solutions architecture, technical account management, customer engineering, or a similar role, with hands-on cloud and HPC experience.
- Experience building customer relationships and explaining complex systems to varied audiences.
- Working knowledge of GPU computing and AI or scientific computing workloads.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Python, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Familiarity with technologies such as CUDA, OpenCL, MPI, or HPC workload schedulers.
- Experience with Slurm, Kubeflow, PyTorch, TensorFlow, major cloud platforms, or NVIDIA technologies is a plus.

TN visa candidates may be considered. The interview process is expected to include an HR screen, a hiring manager conversation, a technical discussion, and an onsite meeting.
