- Technical Project Management: Strong SDLC knowledge, technical delivery, architecture discussions, and coordination with development teams.
- Java Technical Knowledge: Ability to understand existing Java code, review code logic, identify issues, and understand code rewrites or refactoring. Hands-on coding may not be mandatory unless the client specifies it.
- Telecom OSS Background: Experience with telecom OSS platforms, network management, service provisioning, service assurance, order fulfillment, or service activation.
