We’re partnering with an established South Florida General Contractor looking to appoint an experienced Project Executive with a strong healthcare construction background.
\n
\n
This is a senior position with responsibility for major healthcare projects, project teams, financial performance and client relationships.
\n
\n
We’re looking for someone who understands the complexities of healthcare construction and has successfully delivered significant projects within hospitals, medical facilities or other complex healthcare environments.
\n
\n
The Role
\n
As Project Executive, you'll provide senior-level oversight across healthcare projects and lead the teams responsible for delivering them.
\n
Your responsibilities will include:
\n
- \n
- Executive oversight of major healthcare construction projects
- Leading Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and project teams
- Maintaining overall responsibility for project financial performance
- Managing budgets, forecasts, schedules and project risk
- Overseeing contracts, change orders and subcontractor performance
- Working closely with Superintendents and field leadership
- Maintaining senior-level relationships with owners and clients
- Participating in preconstruction, procurement and project strategy
- Leading executive-level project and client meetings
- Identifying and resolving commercial and operational issues
- Ensuring projects achieve schedule, quality and profitability targets
- Mentoring and developing project management teams

What We're Looking For
\n
Healthcare construction experience is required for this position.
\n
We're looking for someone who has built their career with reputable General Contractors and has a track record of delivering complex healthcare projects.
\n

You may currently be working as a:
\n
Project Executive | Senior Project Manager | Project Director
\n
Ideally, you'll bring:
\n
- \n
- Significant healthcare construction experience
- General Contractor background
- Experience delivering major hospital or healthcare projects
- Proven leadership of Project Managers and project teams
- Strong commercial and financial management skills
- Experience with budgets, forecasting, contracts and change management
- Strong understanding of healthcare construction requirements and occupied environments
- Excellent owner, architect and subcontractor relationships
- Ability to take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Strong leadership and communication skills
