Responsibilities

- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for PLEX ERP, ensuring reliable system performance and alignment with business needs
- Analyze recurring ERP and EDI issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions that improve system stability and operational efficiency
- Configure, enhance, and manage PLEX ERP workflows, modules, and system changes, including testing, documentation, and change-control compliance
- Develop, maintain, and support EDI integrations, document mappings, communications, and security configurations for customers and suppliers
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design system solutions, and coordinate testing and implementation activities
- Lead and manage technology projects, including scope definition, effort estimation, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, progress reporting, and administration of business portals and internal databases

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Strong expertise in PLEX ERP with a comprehensive understanding of cross-functional module integrations and business process dependencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, with flexibility to travel up to 10–15% as needed
- Willingness to provide after-hours support and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure system availability and business continuity
