Overview
\n
We’re seeking an experienced Lab Support Specialist/Administrator to join the Enterprise Benchtop Services team. This position supports commercial manufacturing, laboratories, and benchtop environments, managing mission-critical systems in a GxP/GMP regulated environment. You will work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Digital Tech teams to install, configure, validate, and support lab and manufacturing systems. Key Responsibilities include:

System Administration & Lab Support
\n
- \n
- Support Windows 10/11 and Windows Server for lab and manufacturing systems
- Provide support LMS, ELN, and MES platforms across labs environments
- Provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support and troubleshooting for lab instruments and systems
- Coordinate anti-virus deployments, network setups (TCP/IP), and firewall configurations

Project Work & Integration
\n
- \n
- Drive lab data remediation efforts
- Collaborate with instrument vendors for system configuration, upgrades, and lifecycle support
- Engage in system readiness assessments, GxP validation efforts, and risk assessments
- Assist with Windows upgrades for GxP lab systems as needed

\n
Documentation & Compliance
\n
- \n
- Document system configurations, SOPs, validation scripts, etc.
- Maintain accurate inventory in ServiceNow and align with lab asset management practices
- Ensure systems meet GMP, GxP, cybersecurity, and data integrity standards
- Track all service and support tickets in ServiceNow

Key Skills & Experience
\n
- \n
- Windows systems administration & desktop support (Active Directory, Windows 10/11, etc.)
- Lab and/or manufacturing systems support in GxP/GMP environments (LMS, ELN, MES, etc.)
- Understanding of networking principles and domain configurations (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
- Experience with ServiceNow and understanding of ITIL best practices

Preferred/Nice-to-Have Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Experience with Empower LMS or similar LMS platforms for R&D manufacturing
- Experience with systems integration and lifecycle management in laboratory environments
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, firewalls, server environments, and VMware platforms
- Task automation via PowerShell, Batch, or other scripting tools
- Relevant college education and/or certifications are a plus
