- Identify performance bottlenecks and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Continuously improve performance testing processes and methodologies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on performance testing best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in performance testing.

Mandatory Skills:
