We're looking for a hands-on Oracle ADF/WebLogic modernization expert to lead a major upgrade effort — this isn't a support role, it's a build-and-migrate engagement on mission-critical enterprise applications.

What you'll bring
\n
\n
✅ Oracle ADF Upgrade (12c → 14c) — hands-on experience upgrading ADF Faces, ADF BC, task flows, bindings, and WebLogic deployments to WebLogic 14.1.2.x
\n
✅ Java Modernization (JDK 8 → Java 21) — proven experience remediating deprecated APIs, javax→jakarta migration, JAXB/JTA changes, and GraalVM upgrades
\n
✅ WebLogic & Middleware Migration — deep knowledge of WebLogic 12c/14c administration, deployment troubleshooting, JVM tuning (G1GC/ZGC), SSL/TLS 1.3, web services, and OCI-based deployments
\n
✅ Integration & API Upgrades — REST/SOAP integration upgrades, Jersey migration (1.x/2.x → 3.x), SFTP/SSH, Quartz scheduler, MyBatis, and enterprise middleware
\n
✅ Enterprise Support & Testing — strong regression testing, performance benchmarking, and UAT/bug-fix experience on mission-critical HR or financial applications
