Job Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Power Platform solutions including Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate cloud flows.
- Translate business and program requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and external systems.
- Implement role-based security and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Evaluate and pilot new Power Platform features and capabilities.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and security protocols.
- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Proficiency in SQL Queries.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
Preferences
- Experience with Copilot Studio or other conversational AI platforms.
- Experience in government, public sector, or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365, Azure services, and DevOps practices.
- Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Developer or Solution Architect.
