Required Qualifications

- 5-10 years of professional Java development experience
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design and software engineering principles
- Strong experience developing multithreaded and concurrent applications
- Solid understanding of Java concurrency concepts, including thread safety, synchronization, concurrent collections, executors, and performance considerations
- Experience working in Linux/Unix environments
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
- Experience with Git or equivalent source control systems

Must have domain experience:

- Experience in Financial Services, Capital Markets, or Electronic Trading environments
- Knowledge of Market Data systems, market structure, and exchange connectivity
