Salary: Up to $70,000 | Full-Time

We are working with a nonprofit organization seeking an Enterprise Systems & Data Analyst to support business systems, data analysis, reporting, and dashboards.
\n
This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of experience out of college who wants to grow their skills across business systems and data, or an experienced professional seeking a mission-driven, long-term opportunity.

Key Requirements:
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or business intelligence
- Strong Excel, SQL, and Power BI skills — required
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and analyzing data
- Experience gathering requirements and working with business stakeholders
- Strong analytical and communication skills

Technology: Excel, SQL, Power BI, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and more.
\n
Snowflake experience is not required. This role provides an opportunity to learn Snowflake and gain experience with a modern cloud data platform.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch. Hybrid schedule with 3 days on-site in Baltimore County.
