Location - Houston, TX (with travel to suppliers and field locations)
Base Salary: $120,000 $140,000
Position Summary
The EOR Project Manager will lead the end-to-end execution of Incremental Oil Recovery projects, delivering chemical treatment programs safely, on time, and within budget. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, scaling operations from single wells to multi-well campaigns, and ensuring project success contributes to the companys mid-term growth target. The EOR Project Manager acts as the primary owner of project outcomes while coordinating closely with technical, logistics, field, and commercial teams both within the company and external contractors .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle from mobilization, execution, monitoring, and close-out
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate safe chemical supply, blending, transportation, pressure pumping, and flowback operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution
- Establish and maintain standardized weekly reporting (progress, risks, decisions needed, next steps)
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, safety, and financial risks
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Drive cross-functional coordination between field teams, logistics, technical specialists, and subcontractors
- Collect field data to support incremental oil recovery validation and continuous improvement
- Contribute to building project frameworks and SOPs to enable rapid scaling across US operations
- Support knowledge transfer and standardization for future projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in oil & gas operations, with strong preference for EOR in unconventional wells, or production chemicals
- Proven track record managing field operations involving pressure pumping and flowback services
- Experience working with major oil and gas operators is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects under uncertainty
- Strong understanding of project governance, RACI, procurement processes, and risk management
