Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first response to user inquiries, create service tickets, and perform initial troubleshooting
- Answer phones, escalate necessary issues, and provide remote support for IT queries
- Resolve complex technical issues, including software, hardware, and network connectivity problems
- Utilize specialized expertise to handle technical challenges and resolve difficult software and hardware bugs
- Travel to local client locations to support their installations and troubleshooting needs
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers
Job Requirements:
- 2-5 years of relevant IT Support or Help Desk experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with supporting tablets and mobile devices (Mac and/or Android)
- Previous exposure to remote desktop support
- Preferred 1+ years of IT consulting experience and 2+ years of system administration experience
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; strong written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve with the customers satisfaction as the end goal
