️ Renovation Assistant / Project Manager Helper – $20/hr (Full-Time)

Location: Greater Charlotte Metro Area

Start Date: Immediate

Pay: $20/hr – Full-time

We’re hiring a dependable and experienced Renovation Assistant to support residential renovation projects in the Greater Charlotte Metro area. You’ll work directly with a project manager on interior home renovations—focused on painting, trim work, cleanup, and general site renovation.

This is not entry-level. We’re looking for someone who’s worked on houses before and knows their way around a job site.

Responsibilities:

• Interior and exterior painting
• Installing and repairing trim (baseboards, door/window casing, etc.)
• Site preparation and clean-up (debris removal, floor protection, etc.)
• Light demo (removing old fixtures, hardware, cabinets, drywall, etc.)
• Material handling, tool management, and jobsite support
• Assisting the project manager with punch list items and scheduling

✅ Requirements:

• At least 1–2 years of hands-on renovation or construction experience
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Familiar with basic tools (tape measure, drill, caulk gun, etc.)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Physically able to lift 40–50 lbs, climb ladders, move materials
• Strong work ethic, clean appearance, and attention to detail

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday–Friday (40 hours/week, occasional overtime if needed)
• $20/hr (weekly pay via direct deposit)
• Work is steady and long-term, not seasonal or temporary
