Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Entry Level Project Estimator based in San Carlos, CA. The Project Estimator will be responsible for onsite measurements utilizing digital tools, preparing project estimates, managing cost forecasts, tracking budgets, and ensuring accurate project estimation. The role involves collaborating with project teams and communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful project completions.

Qualifications

• Skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
• Experience in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation
• Strong Communication skills
• Strong technology background
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to work on-site in San Carlos, CA and travel approx 30-120 miles daily in a company car
• Proficiency in relevant software tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
