Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced BAS Project Manager overseeing daily Activities for numerous projects, and employees . You have past experience in an HVAC service technician role . A team player who is comfortable working independently, you love the feeling of a job well done and take pride in completing customer jobs with efficiency. A positive attitude is a must!&nbsp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Overseeing several projects with little help or no help from Owner of DSC ( Deep South Controls )</li>
<li>Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction</li>
<li>Communicating with Clients, Resolving issues.</li>
<li>Giving Employees tasks&nbsp;</li>
<li>expected to do on hands work, if all projects are organized.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Past experience as an HVAC service technician or comparable education</li>
<li>Valid Drivers License</li>
<li>Experience with operation and maintenance of chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems</li>
<li>Very strong experience in the Building Automation System.</li>
