Job Description

Globally responsible for the support, security, maintenance, and operation of assigned enterprise supply chain applications. This role leads all aspects of a distributed team and collaborates with internal collaborators to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative solutions. The Sr. Delivery Manager with a background in technical and leadership skills, along with a deep understanding of supply chain systems. This individual drives performance, ensures business alignment, and champions a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.


What You'll Do

  • Oversee the delivery and optimization of supply chain applications, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and operational needs.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional development team, setting priorities, providing technical direction, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
  • Ensure team skills align with current and future application needs; support ongoing training.
  • Coordinate support, improvements, security, and operations of enterprise supply chain applications.
  • Manage SLAs for incidents, service requests, and improvements by accurately predicting and preparing for workload demands.
  • Ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and cost-effective technical solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Cultivate strong connections across departments and regions to align on system design and share standard processes.
  • Act as a liaison between business partners and IT, translating needs into effective solutions.
  • Facilitate regular solution planning and prioritization with business partners.
  • Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements using industry standard methodologies and quality management techniques.
  • Leverage performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Encourage creative problem-solving and support innovation across the organization.
  • Independently lead medium-to-large IT projects ($25K–$500K), ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Manage third-party vendors and contracts, ensuring SLAs are met and costs are contained.
  • Ensure high-quality application performance and user contentment through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
  • Promote a customer-first approach in delivering IT solutions and services.
  • Support company initiatives in affirmative action, ISO 9001/14001 standards, and workplace safety.
  • Maintain alignment to internal policies and regulatory requirements.


What We're Looking For

  • BS or BA degree in computer science or related field preferred, or equivalent experience in a similar role
  • Solid background leading development teams and interacting with collaborators and internal IT teams
  • Experience in IT delivery, specifically ERP systems
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive SDLC experience in Supply Chain applications: ERP, PLM (preferably Teamcenter), Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Quality Management, Demand Planning, and CRM.
  • Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
  • Shown success in leading application implementations or upgrades.
  • Expert knowledge of supply chain systems, database management, and cloud technologies
