Responsibilities:
- Apply Systems Engineering to software product definition, requirements development, risk analysis, and testing across the lifecycle.
- Execute and manage software requirements, risk analysis, configuration, defect management, and verification and validation activities.
- Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products to inform software differentiation.
- Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Operations, Quality, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment and compliant delivery.
- Engage with business leaders and Voice of Customer representatives to align technical solutions with customer needs.
- Analyze complex technical challenges, propose solution options, and facilitate informed decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, or related technical field.
- 0-2 years of experience in software-focused Systems Engineering or related roles.
- Knowledge of software integration and testing, including requirements engineering, tradeoff analysis, risk management, configuration management, and verification and validation.
- Experience working in regulated environments and familiarity with FDA, ISO, and diagnostic product standards for IVD.
