Technical Program Manager, AI Horizons
Location: Pleasanton, CA | Work model: Hybrid
About the role
Program manager for the AI Horizons portfolio: forward-looking AI platform and capability initiatives. Operates with high ambiguity and converts exploratory work into funded, measurable programs.
What you'll do

Stand up and run programs for emerging AI platform and product initiatives.

Partner with research, engineering, and GPU One delivery on pilot scoping and success criteria.

Track experiments, milestones, and resourcing across workstreams.

Produce executive updates and decision memos.

Manage external AI/ML vendor and partner engagements.

Define how pilots graduate into production programs.
What we're looking for
-
7+ years technical program management, including work on early-stage or ambiguous initiatives.

Working fluency in AI/ML concepts, GPU compute, and model training or inference workflows.

Strong structured thinking and written communication.

Comfortable driving programs without formal authority.
Nice to have
-
Prior experience at an AI infrastructure or ML platform company.

Technical background in ML, data, or distributed systems.

Experience commercializing pilots into revenue-generating services.
Compensation
- Full-Time, Exempt
- $165,000 – $215,000 per year, DOE
