A $500M General Contractor based in Downers Grove is looking for a proven Senior Project Manager to join its growing team. With a strong backlog and a varied portfolio across multiple market sectors, this is an opportunity to lead exciting, complex projects without becoming pigeonholed into one type of construction.

More importantly, the firm is looking for someone who can grow beyond individual project delivery. You’ll receive the exposure, leadership responsibilities, and executive support needed to progress into a Project Executive position.

The Opportunity
\n
You’ll take complete ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as the primary point of contact for clients while leading internal teams and trade partners.

Responsibilities will include:

- Leading projects from initial planning and preconstruction through final completion
- Managing project financials, schedules, contracts, procurement, and risk
- Building strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
- Partnering closely with field leadership to ensure safe, efficient project delivery
- Leading and mentoring Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers
- Identifying challenges early and driving solutions before they affect the project
- Supporting client development and helping secure repeat business
- Taking on broader leadership responsibilities as you progress toward Project Executive
