- 5-8 years of experience in Mainframe, COBOL, JCL, REXX, DB2, VSAM
- Good Communication Skills
- 2-3 years of customer facing experience
- Good Analytical skill
- 4-5 years of development or enhancement & operational support experience on mainframe technology
- Having experience work onsite – offshore model
