We're seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to help lead our accounting operations and support accurate financial reporting in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead the monthly close process and prepare financial reports.
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Support the annual audit and maintain strong internal controls.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements.
- Partner with leaders across the organization to provide financial guidance.
- Mentor and support members of the accounting team.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and corporate accounting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close.
- Leadership experience and excellent analytical and communication skills.
