<li>Minimum <strong>5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management</strong>.</li>
<li>Proven experience implementing and supporting enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.</li>
<li>Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager and Apple DEP/ADE.</li>
<li>Experience configuring Conditional Access, device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and endpoint security policies.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint security best practices.</li>
<li>Experience managing device enrollment, application deployment, policy configuration, and device lifecycle management.</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting skills for enrollment, synchronization, policy deployment, and device compliance issues.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Experience preparing technical documentation and providing knowledge transfer to IT teams.</li>
